Originally from Toronto Canada, Jeanette Rosario, The Little Bohemian, initially obtained an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Psychology, advancing to a comprehensive 2200 + hour certification in Massage Therapy. After securing a teaching position in Scottsdale AZ, she advanced her training in Yoga, acquiring 400 + hours of teacher training. In order to better understand the body from the inside out, she went on to successfully complete a Master of Science degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition. Having such a wide knowledge base has enabled her to excel in her fields of expertise. In her free time she loves to rock climb outside and hike which is why she specializes in deep tissue and sport massage. Her yoga classes tend to be on the more challenging side but can be adapted to all levels, especially beginners. She enjoys being a role model to her clients and has tried every diet on the planet but has found that the vegetarian lifestyle resonates best with her body's needs. Jeanette approaches her health obstacles and yours with an open mind and feels strongly that one cannot solve a problem with the same mindset that created it, doing the same thing day in and day out ... you need to change it up, try new changes, reinvent yourself everyday!
